here is a Japanese Maple at the Minnesota Arboretum in Minnesota. Too bad they are not hardy in zone 4. This maple has to be taken in every winter.

I used 2 lenses for these, an old Minolta 35-70 and a Sony 75-300. Blurry pics aren’t usually a lens problem, shooting before the auto focus locks and motion blur are the most common.

The swamp is a lot cleaner than any city!

Thanks! I was bullied into buying a Nikon D80 and 2 extra lens by a FReeper and maybe I can learn a little about how you use your cameras and how much you use Photo Shop on the photos you post. I use a iMac and iPhoto to store my “candid snapshots”...
