He’s intelligent enough to exact his agenda upon the U.S...and beyond. Well, between you and me, I sort of did come to the conclusion that Obama is a liar. He puts it on display in almost every speech he makes in fact. I tend to watch them and then turn off the speech at the first lie...I've never seen an entire Obama speech.
