These people needed a Jack Russel Terrier to protect them. Problem solved!

I had a trap set up one winter. Mine was the kind where they can’t be relocated after, though. I stopped when spring came and I saw the local songbirds investigating the bait.

Not sure where my trap is anymore, it got moved.

Too bad the 911 operator disn’t just tell them “You’re letting a SQUIRREL keep you trapped inside your house? I guess you’re gonna die, you stupid jackass”.

You owe me a new screen, lol! At least it wasn't a mad rabbit.

Y'all have to read to rest of the stories at the link. If this is any indication of the level of intelligence, we are indeed doomed.

FYI, cast iron skillets work on snakes.

Happened to me once.

I found that a good broom is sufficient to keep the squirrel out.

I had one of those too. I think it got lost during move. I use a Habitrap (sp). I catch raccoon, opossum an even field mice. I even have mourning dove get in there at least once a week.

My thoughts as well. They’re pretty fast to go after them with a stick, bat or golf club, but with a tennis racquet you can launch a squirrel quite some distance.

I’d gladly allow any squirrel dumb enough to charge the front door into our house. Yeah, the house might suffer a bit, but, our two Great Pyrenees and Queensland would probably make short work of it.

That is sure right. I heard a guy who called into a local talk radio show complaining that the city hadn’t come to pick up a dead raccoon. If you are such a weenie you couldn’t scrape a dead raccoon into a garbage bag, you can’t do much for yourself.

"FWIW, it’s kinda hard to hit a squirrel with a stick, but using a tennis racquet WILL work"

Peanut butter and crushed valium works too.....

also don't ask me how I know.

Crushed valium...... hummmmmmm.. How much valium does it take? I am a rat hunter and I’l bet it would work for them too. Does it kill them or just relax them?
