As stupid as it may sound, my godfather back in the ‘80s spoke of groups of stray cats that were just frightening and dangerous around his neighborhood. He isn’t a wimp and was about to start shooting them. That’s how horrid these things were.

The neighbor was feeding them like crazy and at first they just got “bold”...and then they got rabid.
