I am with you on the dislike of pitt bulls. I will admit I don't know what the answer is. Banning won't do it, maybe a special license to own one, but don't know how it could work. Speaking of dogs with big heads, there are 2 English Mastiffs next door to me. Their heads are so big they could bite bigheadfred’s head clean off, except they aren't vicious. I have trained the young one to come to the fence for dog treats.

The point I was trying to make yesterday was that if (you) have small children then why would (you) want them to be around a dog that may hurt/kill them at any time for no apparent reason. I personally don’t care what kind of dog people own. And I’m not calling for some kind of genocide. Responsible pet ownership, responsible parenting. The key word being responsible. Something more and more people seem to lack.
