The University of Southern California football and basketball programs will learn whether they are guilty of NCAA violations on Friday, according to a report on ESPN.com.
The NCAA infractions committee plans to release its findings following an investigation and February hearing in which USC officials, including former basketball coach Tim Floyd and current football coach Lane Kiffin, responded to allegations of impropriety.

You do know that this is all BUSH’s fault, right? /s
oops, G Dub that is
So, once again, it’s, “Bush’s” fault?
He gets blamed for every thing else, why not?....and it was meant to be funny, guess not
Really? There are three “violations” I have read about.
1. Leinhart - He got some girl pregnant, and his dad got mad and made him move off campus, at dad’s expense. Leinhart’s roommate was also on the football team, and dad allowed roommate to move in, too. Roommate paid his share of the rent. VIOLATION!!!! - The ncaa “determined” that the value of the new place was greater than what the roommate was paying, so roomie had to pay the difference b/w what he actually paid and what the ncaa thought the rent should be. You see, dad is a “booster”, and the new digs are an “extra benefit”.
2. McKnight - A non “booster”, non agent with no connection to USC, hires girl, who’s family is a friend of his. He helps the girl buy a car. VIOLATION!!!!! You see, girl is dating McKnight, and not only does McKnight ride in the car, HE DRIVES IT sometimes. Of course, USC has no authority to tell the employer who to hire, or how to compensate his employees. It seems the school must, instead, tell the players who they can date.
3. Bush - His family, who does not live in LA, are on the take, and get free rent from an agent. They may even cheat on their income taxes, if they do not include this on their tax form. There is no evidence the school knew, or could have known, any of this. Moreover, agent, who is a convicted perjurer, says he gave free goodies to Bush, who denies this. MAJOR VIOLATION!!!!!! You see, the school, to maintain “institutional control”, must check the living arraignments of the FAMILIES of their athletes, to make sure no one is living beyond their means, which might indicate they are on the take. Of course, we must also take the word of this perjurer over that of everyone else b/c we all know that “everyone else” has connections with USC so they all must be lying.
My God, what corruption. The ncaa needs to lower the hammer, and hard.
You’re naive if you don’t think the NCAA keeps an eye on all the good teams (SEC).
As an OU fan, that will make me very happy, that was an embarrassing loss for OU, but I wouldn't really count that as a championship, I'd just as soon shove it under the rug and forget about it.
