Why wouldn’t Apple surpass MS. Apple makes computers and other products that run on their operating system. MS makes operating systems. Oh when you buy an apple computer you have to buy the software that come with it. Something MS got sued for. But that’s OK, it’s an Apple, it’s shiny and cool.
Moths to the light.
That’s something I thought MS screwed up with. They allowed computer companies to sell machines labeled “Vista Capable” but shipped with 512 of memory.
Did they expect that to really work?
I have a laptop with Vista Ultimate and it works flawlessly. It’s equipped to run the OS and yet to have a problem. Never had a compatibility issue, crash or freeze up. Networks better than anything I’ve tried.
If I read what Mac users (and linux users) say about it (you know, people who don’t own or use it), you’d think Vista couldn’t run a keyboard.
Maybe I’m the exception. I did research before purchase. The hardware was right.
That’s a big reason why Apple’s stuff works. It’s simply matched to run the OS and still has the power to do more.
I think that was MS’s big blunder for a lot of things.
What nonsense is this? Apple included other browsers with equal billing until MS decided to quit developing IE for Mac. There are zero blocks or other hindrances to a long list of browsers from operating freely on OS X. This isn't the case when MS was hammered for predatory practices that actually built in FORCED use of IE - it was made inseparable from the OS, and blocks were actually placed within Windows that prevented other browsers from fully functioning.
If there is some other "forced buying of their software", then PLEASE point it out.
