The batter was clearly out! I am not a Detroit fan, but Galarraga deserved his Perfecto! These umpires stink and are arrogant! Maybe this will lead to a much needed instant replay process to get these calls correct.
The umpire in question acknowledged that he blew the call and felt terrible about it. Reading the article can be helpful...
