"Hunt's and Snapple are just 2 of the companies who have decided to listen to consumers' wants and use sugar instead of corn syrup."

A bit off topic:
When will Snapple switch over to plastic bottles as opposed to glass? There are broken Snapple bottles everywhere. Dogs and kids, especially, can easily cut themselves on the glass shards. Just about every beverage company nowadays uses plastic.

Glass doesn't impart flavor in the form of leached chemicals to food or drink ,unlike plastic.

I agree that boken glass bottles are a hazard.

You can get some types of Snapple in skinny plastic bottles (and cans) at supermarkets and some convenience stores. The green tea especially is often sold this way. As someone who has drunk Snapple from before the time that Rush Limbaugh endorsed it, when they seemed to have 50 flavors, I can tell you that when you are on the go, nothing beats a glass wide mouth for flavor and ease of drinking.

Snapple positions itself as a premium beverage, and they have ALWAYS done better as an impulse gas station purchase. The glass bottle is part of that presentation. I always throw my bottles away properly.

And I hate plastic. LOL. I hate that you can’t find anything in glass bottles. I’ll take my chances with broken glass any day. I just don’t trust plastic - no matter what they say.
