I respect Cesar for his abilities in getting bad dogs to go good. That said, I thought he was gay.
I do too. I like that he treats a dog like a dog--not like a furry human. I do have to say I also agree with your second statement. He has a slight wiff of homosexual about him. I don't know if he is or isn't. Being that he is married and has two sons, I tend toward not, but that is not always a reliable indicator. I do think he is kinda cute though.
