Because I have already answered their questions and I am tired of being harassed. I suppose I could be rude or sic the dogs on her....I prefer to mess with her.

For the same reason I hang up on telephone solicitors...it was unwanted, unwarranted and not hardly what I call work.

“it’s a matter of public record...look it up”
“Those are my 3 answers.”
Last guy got a bit miffed appearently and said “well you can answer the deputy next time”
“looking forward to it...call ahead I’ll make coffee...you’ll have to look up my number though...it’s a matter of public record”
Because I’ve already answered the questions and don’t have time for the follow-up crap.
Did I mention that all of the “Are you sure you’re not hispanic?” question were just a bit irritating?

He probably doesn’t want to be double counted. That’s why I wouldn’t cooperate when they started camping at my door.
These “workers” know what they are getting into when they hire on, and they are coached on how to handle us difficult patriot Americans (domestic terrorists) so I’d lay off the poor-census-worker nonsense.
