Today, teen girls are obsessed with the Twilight Series....next year they will be obsessed with some new boy band that seems to come along every couple of years while their Twilight paraphernalia gathers dust.
When I was 16, I was obsessed, and I mean OBSESSED, with the Beatles. But I never was inclined to take drugs just because they did, or any other sinful things they talked about in their songs. (Half of the lyrics were over my head anyway.) I grew up very normal and a right-wing conservative who takes her Catholic faith very seriously.
