I’m starting to think that perhaps one should be able to counter sue someone who publicizes something they recorded that was said in private. This is getting crazy. Where do we draw the line?

Actually, I am far more concerned with him being so stupid as to have an affair with this woman (with a history of taking men) than I am about some rant said in public. A shame how this highly talented man has made a mess of his private life.
