Did the judge say Lohan had to serve ALL 90 days or is she eligible to parole after just a few days due to overcrowding in the jail?
I would wager she is on the loose pretty quick, we got bigger fish to fry than a hollywood kid star who never grew up anyway. like charlie sheen.. or mel gibson. :-).
