He seems like he needs help, not people making excuses for him.
Listing his illnesses and problems is making excuses?!
OK, even if that is true ... he said those things. He threatened to harm her in numerous ways, he threatened to bury her in a rose garden, etc, etc.
Did she sound scared? No. Did she call the police? No. Did she go to Russia with him after that? Yes. Did she move out of his house he bought her? No. Did she get a restraining order. Yes. AFTER she leaked the tapes.
I can see it now in the courtroom. Ladies and gentlemen of the jury, she pushed him and goaded him .... so he should be found not guilty.
I said in another post that she's playing with fire. For money. She's a fool. But she wants to be a rich fool.
The man is seriously ill and needs help. Making excuses for his behaviour is not helping him.

First you said he saw her shake the baby and was afraid for the baby’s safety.
I said, then why doesn’t child protective services take the baby if she is in danger?
Then you said, why would Gibson turn her in if he get the baby half the time?

That’s not logical. If you think your child is in danger you’re not going to let her stay in danger so you can keep her half the time. That makes no sense. What about the other half of the time?
