As a corollary, I’d like to point out that there is such a thing as denial. My ex’s mother was beaten black and blue on a weekly basis. This is not in dispute; all four of her kids agree, as do her relatives. After the wife beater died, she denied he’d ever been abusive. True story.
This was a declaration filed with the court. Do you REALLY think if there had been abuse, there wouldn’t be dental and doctor records?! Are you so ready to smear him that you’ll smear an innocent person just for fun?
