I think it reads “never hit yer wimmen wid a rock, it’ll leave a dull impression on their minds”.....or something to that effect.

It looks to me like an early depiction of planetary motion of a twin star system. It could be a depiction of Saturn and Jupiter before the Jovian rings were absorbed
