It strikes me as a little strange that Democrats would be divulging their strategy this far in advance. Very strange that they would mention some of the states/districts where this money is going (the ones no mentioned could be easily figured out). Wouldn’t the strategy work better if no one knew where this money was going until the last minute and then the GOP would be left scrambling for a response?
I have a theory. They hope that the huge expenditures will intimmidate and demoralize the opposition.
