I suspect a brannigan was involved.
It is raining lightly on and off here, too-
Charlie has been tattled on
And according to the facts
He’s guilty of hiding income
From rentals to income tax
From a Carribean luxury villa
To apartments in New York’s Queens
He’s been wheeling and dealing
To live well beyond his means
I hope that sleazy, crooked Charlie
Can’t bribe away this tangle-
And the hearing becomes a brannigan
Instead of just a minor “wrangle”
charlie belongs in jail........A+++
we are having thunder storms passing through....no pool for me today at all....dang.
The little sprinkles are keeping the temperature below 90 and the breeze blowing-I won’t complain.
Time to go light the grill and steam some cauliflower-I’ve got a little ribeye steak in the freezer I’m going to grill. I had planned to thaw and grill some sand trout that my neighbor’s husband caught (in the still clean bay off Corpus Christi) and she gave me, but I’ve eaten a lot of fish and chicken lately and I’m jonesin for beef-back later...
Democrats love to levy taxes, but they just don't like payin 'em.
the humidity was so bad after the storms yesterday that all my windows fogged up due to the AC in the house.........my glasses fogged all day as I went in and out. it’s still out there waiting for me to open the front door.
always someone else’s money...our tax dollars or teresa’s dead husband’s money......whatever. sKerry didn’t earn it, that’s for sure.
John F’in Kerry claims he is keeping the yacht there for maintenance and charter, not tax savings-yeah, right...
Also, look what's living under my kitchen table:
The guinea pigs had an interesting reaction to this new creature:
The cats? They are in their safe place upstairs waiting this new, revolting development out.
That cutie looks like a Sheltie-or is he/she another type of Collie?
That’s a Sheltie, all right. Shetland Sheepdog. Still adjusting to life here and, as I said, living under the kitchen table.
the red phone rang? when? who?
and the dog is adorable! has your daughter fallen in love with him?
Did you get him/her from a local breeder, and how old is the darling?
My next door neighbor and Blondie the dyke have a tan and white female Sheltie that is my Husky’s favorite playmate of nearly seven years-they are working out of state until August-September and have her with them, so Husky girl has to play with another neighbor’s Chocolate Lab till then.
“The red phone”
I think it was Thursday, and it wasn’t the WH-Beck had been holding up the phone to illustrate a point, and the phone # on the bottom of it was apparently visible to some sharp eyed viewer here in Texas who called it to rant. So now, Beck has to get a new phone #-he told the WH on the show not to call that old number, he would give them the new one when he got it.
what a hoot! everyone wants to call BUT the White House.
Yes, a local breeder. 8 months old, male. We’ve named him River Blue.
He’s still warming up to us, and I can see it will take a while. They are a naturally very shy breed. Having the smell (and sight) of cats in the house is I’m sure another factor in him wanting to stay under the table where he is safe.
The one cat is coming down to look around a bit. They stood about 10 feet apart, one in one room, the other another and looked at each other. But no contact yet.
Kaye Cowher died Friday after losing her battle with skin cancer. She was 54.
Pittsburgh football fans knew her as the wife of former Steelers coach Bill Cowher.
But she was also a successful athlete in her own right, playing in the former Womens Professional Basketball League in the late 1970s and early 1980s, and at North Carolina State University before that.
Now I know what Led Zeppelin was singing about when the lyric goes “ain’t no companion like a blue-eyed merle.”
This dog has one blue eye and one brown.
awwwww!! is it a boy or a girl and what’s his/her name? does sarah love him/her to death yet? and have you come to see the superiority of dogs over cats??? CONGRATS to you guys.
remember, do not tie it or chain it up in the yard!!!!
would he have had contact with cats at the breeders place? bc loosh was clueless about cats. Saw one in the parking lot at the vet and was all prepared to come off and do a sniff and greet and was alarmed by the hissing and bared claw reaction he got in return. i don’t know that cat v. dog is innate, i think it might be learned behavior.
