One good reason is to point out that if the politics were reversed, this would be front-page national news in the MSM.
It's not national news, of course, because certain people would have us believe that leftists are simply kind, loving, tolerant activists who may get a little passionate and feisty once in a while but would never, ever, ever be nasty.
