This reminded me of Aug. ‘87. I lost my house in Elmhurst in that flood.We were in Elmhurst as well in '87, and we even took some photos of the flooding of the viaduct there. I probably have them filed away somewhere, but I'm sure you remember, the water was almost completely up to the bridge. I'm sorry you lost your house.
Yeah, I had an older home on the corner of 3rd & 83. Water was 6’ deep in the living room, garage was completely under.
