Have you tried cdburnerxp? It works on XP, Vista, and Win 7. It claims it can burn video CDs, but I never tried one of those yet. Since you already have converting software, you should be set.
I really appreciate your help but .. I guess that what I am needing is a step by step guide to making video cd’s that will play on blu-ray or regular dvd players?
I just can’t seem to ‘grasp’ the concept!
