I was thrilled to get this email today from the woman to whom we laughingly refer as "First Lady."
Friend -- (Maybe she thought I was Sinclair, Rezco, or Blago)
Every year, our family tries to come up with a fun way to wish Barack a happy birthday. (How does impeachment sound?)
And this August 4th, when he turns 49, I have something new in mind. (A flight to Kenya to visit his birthplace?)
This has been a big -- and hectic -- year for him. After signing the Affordable Care Act and Wall Street reform into law -- and completing his first year as president -- I think it's safe to say we will remember it for a long time. (No sh**, Sherlock, when you destroy the financial system of the greatest country ever, that will be remembered)
And I know full well how much he credits this movement, and the work of supporters like you, for the change that we've accomplished. (Don't blame it on me, Shelley, honey)
So I'm putting together a birthday card that I would like you to sign. Together with other Organizing for America supporters -- and me, Malia, Sasha, and Bo -- we'll wish him a happy birthday and let him know that we're ready to take on the year ahead alongside him. (Bo is the only one I trust and the only non-Muslim. Too bad Bo wasn't trained to bite community organizers.)
I ain’t goin’ there. I am on enough lists.
Doug, please tell us what you signed.
It’s a birthday greeting. You can leave a fake name and email, and there is a place for you to write comments. That is the fun part.
(There moderator, I saved you some time.)
Maybe a colossal statue of the Great Helmsman looming over the Washington Monument. Anything less just wouldn’t be adequate for the 49th commemoration of our Dear Leader’s descent to this planet.
I know. But I want to know what you wrote because I know you are very clever!
I visited with a phony email address,
and left him with a quote from Robert E. Lee.
Then I got this:

Thank you for standing alongside us, with the President
Now can you make a donation to help us take on the year ahead?
This movement has done incredible work by contacting Congress to help push stalled legislation forward, by re-engaging supporters in the political process, by giving back with service projects across the country, and by doing so much more. Together, we have made history.
Now we need the resources to make sure we can continue pushing forward for change in this years elections and beyond.
Please make a donation today, using the form on the right.

FUbo. I hope the fleas of a thousand camels infests your nether regions.

Good one!
LLS
If he were celebrating his thirtieth birthday, I might want to sign the card.
Please explain your tag line? Something I don't get is you want Bwany Fwank to elect congressmen (it won't be a women)?
Let me rephase that: Edith Prague picking Senators.
“...Please explain your tag line?...”
-
It says:
If November does not turn out well, then beware of December.
What is it in there that needs explaining?
-
“...Something I don’t get is you want Bwany Fwank to elect congressmen (it won’t be a women)?...”
-
Sober up and get back to me.
I’m tempted, but I don’t like the idea of giving the WH my email address and zip code. I’m picturing RAT emails for the rest of my natural life. Plus, I’m afraid of what I might say.
They are disgusting.
