I get a flu shot every year and in addition, last year I had a pneumonia shot (good for five years). I should think that would be more than enough protection.
Speaking of pneumonia, I’m thinking that at some point we may find out that at least some of the deaths were actually due to pneumonia and not to H1N1. Not that many people die from the flu unless, as you said, they are in fragile health to begin with. But pneumonia can be a killer at any age, particularly if it’s not treated in time.
This is kind of like, “What if someone gave a flu, an no one came?”
