"Judge Richard Roberts last month granted a Justice Department motion to dismiss, saying the plaintiffs failed to establish that the government had waived its right not to be sued without its consent."Huh??

Didn’t you hear? Indians are out. Latinos are in. If they’d stolen the bones of Santa Anna, they’d be crucified on capitol hill.

That’s exactly what I was thinking. “...saying the plaintiffs failed to establish that the government had waived its right not to be sued without its consent.”

Would it be possible to run the country without Judges and lawyers? How about a 5 citizen commission chosen from the phonebook to review judge’s rulings. If all five overrule the judge, the decision is reversed and the judge is executed.

DO NOT post the entire article in the comments after it has been excerpted. There are legal reasons for articles to be excerpted.

You didn’t think you could sue city hall did you? Anyone who thinks they will be able to sue a doctor or a hospital after 0bamaCare is in full force is crazy too.

I thought that there was a TV commercial for the old Time/Life “Old West” series back in the 1980s that said Geronimo’s remains had been buried deep in a canyon where no white man would ever find them.
Or maybe it was Cochise?

I’ve always wondered what trooper he took that carbine off of.

This 1886 photo shows Geronimo (far right) holding at Model 1873 Trapdoor Springfield.
