I just don’t think that in this case it was a police matter and worthy of a ticket.
But it basically comes back to my original point.
If the harassment was personally directed at me publicly, the jerk would have been begging for police intervention, instead of enduring the logical consequences of his actions, at my hands.
You persist in acting as if the woman “should have” engaged in an argument, or even a physical altercation with the man who started the situation.
