This is a local girl. From other articles I've seen about her in the PD, she seems like quite a nice young woman. I hope she does well!

American Idol loves personal stories. They’ll be talking about her all the time. She’ll do well, provided she can sing adequately. She could be a terrible singer.

I HATE when American Idol relies on personal stories. If she is truly talented than fine but it seems that AI always loves a sob story and this one by far takes the cake.
