LA Times is reporting it was domestic violence and he is being held on $50,000 bail. Fight with his girlfriend.
ESPN can’t wait to report stories of athletes getting arrested. When it comes to one of their own, that’s a different story.
OMG!!!
Does anyone know who this is??
LOL, I have no idea either
ESPN is infested with libs, like all other media.
Just because it’s a sports channel makes no difference.
Yeah. Its Jay Mariotti.

Yeah, his family runs an Italian hotel chain. The Mariotti.
Any White Sox fan can tell you who Jay Mariotti is. Or ask Ozzie Guillen.
We cut the cable long ago...It was all orchestrated trash...A giant skit put on by weird freaks with big egos, all controlled by the state.
With that bond amount and being a felony, must have been a pretty nasty fight.
90% freak show absolutely.

I’ve seen him a few times on ESPN.
At least on those few occassion, he presented himself as a jerk.
The sort that if he was holding court in a restaurant...
many would be asking to be reseated as far away from his as possible.
(this is also true of some other ESPN “personalities”, IMHO)
Bail is normally set because of the seriousness of the charge, but whether the suspect is at risk for fleeing his arraignment.
He IS a jerk. Just ask Ozzie Guillen!
Fight with girlfriend? Aha! Take that ozzie guillen!
I get that. However, this gut could afford 2500, 25000, or 250000. Judhe must have seen something he didn’t like or hed just set a nominal bond with no contact order. Just a guess....
