Cat report, excuse me, CATS report. They are making friend's, starting to play with each other and never mind it is at 3 in the morning when the decided to do this, on top of my bed. Got one cat that likes sleeping in the shower. one on top of my headboard (built to hold some books, one on top of the fridge. To them at a given time, they start
playing. Right now they are in their sleeping places, no doubt making plans to bug me some more.

Good morning everybody. We played music for a house party of about 30 guests last night with our friends, had a good time. Tonight we’ll be at another house jamming for a while with a group of primarily beginners.
More to happen on the well today, trenching etc. With these contractors, one never quite knows for sure...:^)

I’m having my hair done. We’re expecting a friend from Dallas to join us for the weekend. Tomorrow early we’re leaving here for College Station where Roomey is meeting another engineer friend, then we’re off to League City for a wedding on Saturday. That’s about as exciting life gets in our itty bitty town.
I’ve never had any luck canning. I have a sister who used to can everything. I envy those who are successful doing it. I can freeze stuff though. lol
How’s your asparagus? I found some white asparagus the other day and we had them for dinner bathed in a white cheddar cheese sauce with bits of ham in it. It was good.
One of my cats slept under a pillow and the other slept with it’s head on the pillow. They are funny little creatures.I had a friend who hated cats but his wife loved them. They had 3. He arose early in the am to read the paper “in peace”. Before reading the paper he’d fix his breakfast and breakfast for the 3 cats. One loved scrambled egg, the other loved her milk warm, along side of her dried food. She’d put her paw in the milk and lick it. The 3rd cat loved her cornflakes with honey & milk. Cat #1 ate her eggs on the floor, Cat #2 age her milk & cat food on a chair, Cat #3 ate her cornflakes on the newspaper my friend was trying to read. He’d be reading on one side Cat 3 would move over there, he’d move her bowl and read from the side she’d left, and this went on until the cornflakes were gone. He just “hated” cats. lol
They are fun to watch, all the time getting into something.
I am seeing them getting closer to excepting one another. they are Katrina cats, saved them from a home down the road from us, owners went to the hills and left them starving so, big hearted d saved them, now I have them. Then again, wouldn’t have it any other way.

We, too, had a cat who would drink her milk by dipping her paw in the milk and then licking the paw.
Well, no salsa canning for today. I decided to tidy up our bedroom and sort coupons instead.
No salsa here either. We had chili for supper tonight. I served a starch with it for those who couldn’t handle it.

I’ve just been snarly and grumpy and not fit to be around other people. I sent me to my room until I could keep a civil word in my head.

I have to put my 2 cents in ‘cause I can barely stand the fact that the people of Arizona are so dumb that they will be running John McCain for the Senate again - as a Republican.
Well, all I can say is that they are going to get exactly what they asked for - open borders and no illegals deported to Mexico (or anywhere else).
He is a RINO, has been a RINO and will continue to be a RINO regardless of who funded him, who voted for him or who, mistakenly, has confidence in him.
