That reminds me of another driver I hate: I am driving in the right lane, no traffic behind me, in front of me, or in the left lane. A driver comes flying up in the right lane, slows down behind me, and follows for a mile or so. Then they pass on the left, get almost a half-car length past me - then wham - right back into the right lane, directly in front of me. Still no other cars around.
I mean, seriously, wtf?
Yes, they will do that in almost any lane, and expect you to move out of their way, instead of just changing lanes and passing you.
