Sounds like you are talking about countersteering, for motorcycles. Simply stated you are putting a left input to the handlebars for a right turn, but unlike an automobile, the motorcycle does not turn left but allows you to overcome the gyroscopic affect of the front wheel to begin a right turn with the pressure on the left handlebar.

In the case of morons turning left before they turn right, it is a learned move that requires a steering wheel movement to the left, and another to the right, unfortunately it is not a move worth doing, and it is dangerous because while they are turning left they are looking to the right where they want to go.

Nah. I was actually talking about dirt track racing for autos. Essentially you are tipping the wheel to the left enough to get the rear to come around then you turn into the skid (turning right, basically) to keep from spinning all the way around. Young punk asphalt drivers refer to it as drifting, but dirt drivers have been doing it forever.
