So let me see if I have you right:
Obama’s number is higher than the Nordykes’ numbers.
You find this suspicious because Obama was born on August 4, and the Nordykes were born on August 5.
You hypothesize that Obama’s number actually belongs to someone else.
And the “someone else” you’ve identified was...born on August 4, just like Obama.
How is this even remotely internally consistent with your initial hypothesis?
Pigs would fly, hell would freeze, and Joe Biden would be president.

Actually, IMO the reverse would happen. It would free a lot of people who have been silent because there is not a “smoking gun”.

Glad to see that this anonymous researcher took the time to examine the book, and hopefully all the materials, very closely, for spooking.
The DoH has maintained all along that it does not have any handwritten indexes and another dedicated researcher verified that the State Archives does not possess them either.
The handwritten indexes should have been held at the COUNTY level. As the state has the index typed, then where did they obtain the information in list form? What I mean is, the clerk probably didn't type a couple names a day on the page but waited until there were enough to fill the page before typing them in. Same goes for the bride/groom indexes. I don't care what they claim about "oooh, we went digital" because every County Clerk (or whatever level) I've known gets extremely anal about **HER** records and would NEVER EVER destroy any books. I highly suspect they are in storage somewhere which would be perfect for certain volumes to "get lost."
About the BC registration numbers - I don’t think there is necessarily any attempt on their part to order them by birth date.

I still don’t know why we are not going after him for a violation of the Taylor act with his Odinga/Kenya shenanigans whilst ‘serving’ at a Senator.
Surely, someone, somewhere has that newspaper announcement in their baby book. Probably several somebodies. The originals of the papers have to be around somewhere and I don't believe for a moment that the state library or the newspapers themselves don't have them in storage. My family owned newspapers in that era, and before, and many original issues are at a library.
Which is why I'm trying my hardest not to ask too many questions.
Okubo said they processed the BC’s they had on the same day they received them. Obama’s was supposedly received 3 days before the Nordyke twins’ were received. His had been in the file numbered for 2 full days before the Nordyke certs ever showed up. So how did he get a later number than theirs?
It has little to do with the date of birth, but has to do with the “Date filed”. Obama’s was filed (given a number) 3 days before the Nordykes, but his received a later (higher) number.
There weren’t any piles sitting around for 3 days. There weren’t any hospital-numbered certificates or blocks of numbers for the hospital. The BC’s came in serially at the HDOH; they were numbered in order, with each day’s BC’s being numbered on the same day it was received.
Why was Obama’s Factcheck BC# later than the Nordykes when it was numbered 3 days earlier than theirs?
