Wow, she’s really good but I’m too old, small, lazy and impatient for all that “clean fighting” kind of stuff.

One good punch to the throat or solar plexus is much more effective and less tiring...and it shocks and amazes the sobbing biker’s buddies [who never saw *that* coming] to no end.

[not that ~I~ would know about such things, personally, mind you]
