I was a Mod on a fan board for about 6 weeks, Constant complaints (via email) and nobody happy with your decisions. And the owner changed the rules constantly. It was like herding cats and being told you used the wrong pen. It was mostly women with one man in a mental hospital in Denmark. He scared the women to death with his weird crap and I wasn't allowed to ban him. Actually he had been and hacked back in. I walked away.
I imagine FR can be as hinky.
