This is wrong on so many levels. A person is facing criminal charges with possibility of loss of freedom and incarceration., A “judge” ADMITS there is the possibility of Congress being embarrassed, thus there is a possibility the evidence requested would show the Lt COl. is correct and Obama is ineligible.
An embarrassment? What about the embarrassment of having rape victims testify against the accused? What about the right of the people to know? I am embarrased by this poor excuse for a judge.

Of course you are right. But just playing devils advocate (if that is what the judge really said - i haven’t seen a transcript) it could be taken two ways.
1. that the truth would be an embarrassment to the congress
2. that a military court questioning the congress could be an embarrassment. (insinuating that they didn’t do their jobs - which they didn’t or this would not be an issue at all)
But think of this. No one wants to touch this with a 10 foot pole. I have stated all along that although I think Obama has something to hide (maybe born elsewhere or more likely to someone else other than who he stated or just unknown)
Something that he woudl be highly embarassed about or that would have disqualified him, it really doesn’t matter at this point.
No one will open this can of worms because of the impact it would have on both parties.
The democrats would be destroyed for supporting a usurper to begin with and the republicans would equally suffer for allowing them to do so. With the polls showing that this congress is so unpopular it could bring about a complete and total distrust of the congress and system of our government.
I doubt that any judge, congressman or senator would allow this to ever be brought to light.
If I am correct in my thinking, the states will make it imposable for Obama to register with his COLB again for 2012. he must realize that and will not allow this to tarnish his “apparent credibility” for the term he will be finishing. He will not allow himself to be placed on the ticket.
I believe firmly that he will leave office suddenly before the elections begin for some unknown reason. I have said this right along, I may be wrong. But I really believe that he won’t allow himself to be found out later that he has been a fraud this whole time.
It is up to us to keep the heat on so that this in fact does happen. If us “birthers” go away we open the door to him to be re-elected in 2012 without any more proof of his eligibility than he has given, which is none.
