I’ve been hoping from the beginning of this, but now I think it’s gone too far. The Dems will argue “he was elected by the people”. So any attempt to remove him from office will be ugly!
Either this continues to be thrown out of court until 2012 (when it won’t make any difference) or it will be taken to the SCOTUS. In either case it will not be quick or painless.
The uglier the better. Let's get 'er done.
