The Constitution has the final say, and that is what ALL members of the military take an oath to Protect and Defend.

Yeah? Steak dinner, at Mortons, to you, or the first Birther who posts the text of the Article in the United States Constitution that gives the Army the final say in determining who the President of the United States is.

This is a stupid challenge. Power is inherent to the people via the Constitution, as it is a compact of “We the People.” Nothing limits that power from existing within persons in the Army. After all, it is the People after all who provide for the common defence, also per the Constitution.
