Birthers were told 6 months ago that it would play out like this, and why. Back then, birthers claimed the military court would have to allow discovery, or that Lakin’s conviction would give him ‘standing’, or any of a number of other incorrect ideas.

The first, that a military judge would grant discovery, has been proven false today. That Lakin will gain standing will be proven false soon enough.

Lakin may be a fine doctor, but he wasn’t able to figure out the crowd he fell in with was using him. I ought to feel pity for Lakin, but I don’t. He has been an idiot listening to idiots, and now he’ll pay the price. And pathetic as Lakin is, the people who used him are worse.

You have both (you and the 'sin'turion1/2) used this line of reasoning on us now, that Lakin was used by some unnamed 'crowd', that he is somehow feckless. Will you now resort to the same crapfest the other turd is spitefully using, claiming Lakin is responsible for the death of honorable soldiers, the cause of mourning by the families of these soldiers?
