Note my comment above. Hopefully Fred Nerks will remember the document I mention. It is significant because it lends more credibility to said document, due to the Madeline name spelling.

LOL! Who-ever filled in the 'application' wrote her name down PHONETICALLY.

And who-ever completed the BC for Stanley Ann, couldn't spell the name of her mother?

It has to be MADELYN. The woman was interviewed - at least we can expect SHE would have known?

I'm ignoring the 'grandmother' tag. I very much doubt if she was anything of the kind...
