I can actually fast for 10 minutes at a time if I put my mind to it! Really. I know that’s impressive and I shouldn’t brag. :)
That’s nothing. I fasted for seven whole hours last night. Then I woke up.
LOL! I am about the same. If I don’t eat regularly I get a massive headache. As I feel the headache coming on even if I don’t actually feel hungry, I get crazy to get some food.
