As much as I dislike the Amish puppy farms, they are livestock like cows or pigs. I think I recall that the USDA started this whole practice at some point.

From what I have heard, the Amish have very little regard for animals.Have you ever seen how skinny their horses are? There's not an ounce of fat anywhere on them.
