LOL..I don’t think this lady thought the school was “her private property”. And the article said it was noon and that another teacher took her to the classroom.
I believe she was trying to be helpful to a kid or two that didn’t have animals. FREE animals..especially the Dexter cattle they have, is nothing to sneeze at.
I am also sure that she didn’t realize that she couldn’t or shouldn’t walk into school and make such an offer. The article says that they don’t have kids. She’s gray haired, which leads me to believe that its been a while since she was in a school, let alone know that she wasn’t supposed to “walk in”.

I also didn't say she shouldn't or couldn't go to the school or teacher and make the offer. The teacher might have been more receptive if she had contacted him outside of the classroom. You say it was noon as if that means there was no class in session. It is a little odd that there were students at their desks if there wasn't.
