There is two ways that this could go.

1) these losers give the voters the stink eye and pass the WH proposals.

2) these losers say screw you to the leadership and don’t.

David Keene is a crook. Period. ACU and NRA are frauds.

Once Republicans regain power, they must avoid overreaching, as happened when Newt Gingrich was speaker and when Obama entered the White House, Keene says.

As long as they don't allow the friggin' enemy to make that determination, things should go fine.

“They’re going to have 40 or 50 resentful Democrats in the House who have lost their seats,”

Maybe a great deal more than that!

I am curious how this will work. They foolishly voted for measures they knew their voters hated. They believed they’d survive those votes. What is the leadership going to be able to offer them once they have lost those seats? A committed leftist would gladly relinquish the seat for the greater “good”. They’d vote for the agenda win or with a loss. A politician puts themselves before party or cause and is not above screwing over the leaders that sacrificed their political career. You then have the Democrats not up for re-election this year that watched people they thought would win go on to lose. Do they continue to put their heads in the sand and assume things will be better two years from now. Do they tack to the right and hope two years can repair the damage. Do they assume all is lost no matter what they do and do what is in their own interest.

Well those resentful Democrats should have had the guts to stand against obama and cast their votes on principal and what their constituents wanted but they chose not to.
