H.R. 3534, a bill to give our land away to the U.N., passed by a narrow margin. On July 30, 2010, 207 Democrats and two Republicans voted in favor of the bill, and 39 Democrats and 154 Republicans voted against it.

Among many things, this bill exemplifies that bipartisan support in Among Congress only exists with the Republicans. The other news is that it raises fuel taxes an estimated 5 cents per gallon on gasoline and diesel.

This should be on every candidate’s political TV ad who are running against any Democrat who claims they are for either lowering taxes or extending Bush's tax cuts...

Great timing, idiots. They kick us when we’re down and they expect votes.

(didn’t see, who were the two RINO traitors that voted for this?)

“It’s too late; it’ll just have to be stopped in the Senate,” Tom, the young male answering the phone in U.S. Rep. John Boehner’s (R-Ohio)Washington D.C. office, said about HR 3534 (CLEAR Act). This is the globalist bill designed to give away our land, oceans, adjacent land masses and Great Lakes to an international body, and makes us pay $900 million per year until 2040.

Truth is, HR 3534 could have been stopped in the House and wasn’t. Why? Because 21 absent Republicans chose not to show up for this critical vote, while another REP just voted Present: U.S. Rep. Gary Miller (CA-42). This legislation was so egregious; more than a handful of Democrats voted “nay” which makes the Republicans’ absence in the House chamber for the vote even more questionable. Be reminded that 193 + 17 absent votes would have killed the bill.

The Consolidated Land, Energy, Aquatic Restoration Act of 2009 (aka: CLEAR Act, HR 3534) gives away ownership of America’s oceans to the United Nations, and sectors America into nine geographic areas. This bill possesses a cap and trade/climate change component as well.

How much more of this are we going to have to put up with???????????????

And just because the Republicans will have the House next year, that doesn’t necessarily mean the Obama agenda is over. :(:(:(:(:(

Canada Free Press is one of the best web site’s on the Internet. They do a great job that the USA news media does not do.

The American public are sheep brainwashed by TV. They gave their liberty away for a TV clicker. TV in 30 minutes can destroy any Republican. Fools who watch TV enable this.

People need to understand that we can’t elect republicans and roll over and go back to sleep.

We’ll have to stand over them with a whip and not be afraid to use it liberally.

Please, any Repub congressmen or staffers who are reading this — PLEASE —make an issue of this gas tax increase. Don’t sit on your damn hands like you did when the health care takeover included a new tax on house sales. This time, raise holy h*ll.

And don’t make the excuse that the mainstream media won’t carry your protests. In the day and age of the Internet, talk radio, and Fox News, you can make this gas tax a major issue. Perhaps even the issue that puts the final nail in the Dems’ coffins this coming Nov.

DO NOT SIT ON THIS ONE. You let us down by not making an issue of the house tax, don’t do the same on the gas tax.

Surely, Obama won't sign such a bill. He swore that for those making less than $250,000 $200,000 a year, our taxes would not increase.

These traitors should be flogged for what they’re doing to this country!

Ask the people in Romania and they’ll tell you, sometimes Revolutions happen very, very quickly! It just depends of how much the civilians and military decide to take before they say enough!
