Nothing like paying higher annual fees on depressed real estate to educate Mexican citizens. Sounds like a winner all the way around. Who wouldn’t go for this proposal?
Any Texas politician who brings up taxing us more for the purpose of educating Mexican children who should be getting educated south of the border is volunteering for defeat in the next election. Enough is more than enough when White children are in the minority in our public schools.
Perhaps Texas and other states, instead of raising taxes to pay for people who do not contribute to society, should focus their efforts on pressuring Congress to amend the Constitution so that states and local governments are not obligated to provide education and other services to illegals.
This should stir up some concern. If you introduce this in Texas get set to lose your competitive advantage.
I think voters may have to selectively express extreme disapproval with some politicians on key issues. It would discourage the others from votin' wrong.

Why not an air tax? or a sunshine tax? or just a catch all...productivity taxes?
Next will be a murdered by illegals tax.
