I don't like the BCS. Boise? They would be a fifth place team in a real conference like the Big Ten if they had to face power team after power team. The Big Ten is a man's league. The WAC is a better version of the MAC.

Boise would be 2nd in the Big 10, but I’d like to see them play some good teams instead of the palookas on their schedule.

That is what the big conference cry babies say all the time. What does Boise St do about it? Just win. Look at their bowl game record.

The real reason the BCF conferences dont want a true tournament is they can lock out the Boise St’s and TCU’s of the world, keep all the money and prestige for themselves. But, if, by some miracle because the big boys will do everything they can do to lock them out, Boise St does win the mythical national championship the outcry for a tourney (from the big school that gets locked out) may get to be too much and we may get a real national championship.

I will take Boise St and the points in the mythical national championship.

UR right ref WAC... This BCS Boise thing seems to be based/justified on the belief that ‘in any one game...” and the ‘underdog’ mentality. Hopefully, this will shake out before season’s ending standings.

Yes, the Big Ten just might be a “Man’s League” as compared and therefore i suggest the SEC must be a “Pro League”. Anyone surviving an SEC schedule undefeated has to be more than dam good, they have to be lucky.

i just don’t know how teams that play a majority of ballgames against Homecoming-type teams can brag about a ‘perfect’ season.
