He ran out of chili powder so used cinnamon. Cinnamon in chili is an entirely too common atrocity. I ran across one once that had cardamom in it. Weird.
I enjoy judging Chili contests. It's quite the gustatory adventure.

I tried baking one a Tofurkey once. You have to defrost them for several days before baking, just like a real turkey and the rice stuffing is nastier than the tofurkey itself.

Brussels Sprouts are the absolute WORST!
