That must have been scary and it is scary to read about it. I am so glad that you did not go on that bridge. I’ve gotten pushed across the road when on a motorcycle. That was surprising enough! But in a car, I cannot imagine.

The weather has calmed down a lot. It's cool but otherwise okay., Oh, and the "seiche" did occur overnight but only to the extent of replacing the water that had previously been displaced. No overspill.
