How was he greeted in Indonesia?
Good morning everybody. I detest these time changes.
The government, of course, according him the honors and respect due to a head of state. There were some protests on Java and I know that in Papua, the province farthest away from Jakarta, there were some protests, too. I suspect the reasons for the protests in the different locales are different.
But, there are groups in both these places which just like to protest. Basically, it was par for the course.
The time change used to bother me, but it doesn’t so much any more.

Coffee, like gasoline to a car with me, love it, add a bowl of grits, on toast (on another diet), umteen cups of coffee and it is off to another day for me, sunshine and all. Kinds not so cold, not so warm, jusssst right. Oh yeah, roosters having a crowing contest out this morning, two of them on my front porch of my shack in the back....
OK, politics warming up fast and hopefully pubs will bring fourth the condition of this counry and stick by their guns. They had better or else more changes will be made.

I’ve missed something here. What is “QE” as in “QE2”, or “QE4”? Something to do with Ben Bernake and the feds, I think. I thought it might stand for “Quarterly Earnings” but I’ve read the phrase “Why QE2 is a bad idea” and figured that quarterly earning doesn’t fit.

Well, I didn’t have a clue until after reading that article.
I saw that earlier this morning. I am totally chuckling. One of the keys to making that work is the youth and inexperience of all the players. They were listening for the numbers to be called. But any time the ball is moved even the slightest, it is then “in play.” The trick may not have worked in high school and I am sure it wouldn’t have worked in college.
