Not yet any how - it’s been mandated at my hospital since 2008, the same year that the Joint Commission allowed GlaxoSmithKLine to sponsor “The Flu Challenge” - no conflict of interest there! People’s livelihoods are at stake, so they have to give up their human and civil rights to keep their jobs. Enraging to say the least.
